How much do you charge?

We don’t list our prices on this website because we don’t have a set price. It depends on a number of factors such as: how many hours you require, the amount of travelling involved and how much equipment is needed. If possible we always prefer to have a chat with you so we can tailor the price to suit your needs and budget. Booking a wedding DJ is one of the most important parts of your wedding so talking to one of our Wedding DJ's in person is essential to ensure you get the best night. With our other services, the factors above are also took into consideration. Please don't use price as a guide to filter your choice of DJ or any other service as cheap is not always the best option.

What styles of music do we play, can I choose songs to be played on the night?

We carry over 30,000 songs encompassing all genres and decades of music catering for all individual tastes. We are more than happy to play specifically selected songs and dismiss songs that maybe you don’t want to hear.

What equipment do we use?

All our equipment is totally professional and to the highest standard. We use the latest LED and mood lighting effects to enhance the visual impact of the venue.

How many people can we play to?

Banwell’s DJ equipment is ideal for audiences up to 300 in number, but we also have additional equipment that can cater for substantially more if required.

What happens if you are taken ill or unable to attend my event?

At Banwell Wedding Services, we have the best standard DJ’s to attend your special day. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I have very close links with professional local disco firms who are ready to stand in for an emergency if required.

What time do we arrive and how long does it take to set-up?

Regarding the services you require, set-up times do vary, we always arrive at least 1-2 hours before the event, on arrival we will liaise with staff and management to set up the equipment safely and discreetly to ensure we are ready for the time required.

Do we have insurance?

Yes we are fully insured to the amount of 10 million for our public liability policy insured through Hencilla Canworth via the NADJ. We also carry full portable appliance certification for my disco equipment required by most reputable venues.

What are our payment terms?

We require a deposit payment of £150 when first booked, then the remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks before the event.

How far in advance do we need to be booked?

It is strongly advisable to book us as far in advance as possible as our availability is limited during popular times of the year. However it is still worth contacting us in the event of short term availability.
